Used backup from another router - can't access device for factory reset

I wasn’t paying attention and restored a backup from another openwrt router I had and I cant access the device anymore. I tried to factory reset with a static ip 192.168.12.2 but I think the backup changed the internet networking to 10.0.3.1/24… but these are not accessible either.

How can i factory reset the device without access to the webui? or any others ideas?

The HaLowLink1 does have a bootloader recovery page. Have a look at Section 12.1 of the HaLowLink1 User Guide which should walk you through getting into that page to upload firmware.
