I installed the latest AREDN firmware to TWO HaLowLink1.
I now want to return to the Morese Micro FW.
I cannot access these devices through the normal means.
Is there a way to recover from this “mistake”?

Hi @dldatwyler
Have a look at section 12.1 of https://www.morsemicro.com/resources/user_guides/HaLowLink-1-User-Guide-2.7.5.pdf which describes how to enter the bootloader recovery web page. Once you’ve gained access to this page, you can upload the HaLowLink1 firmware from HaLowLink 1 OpenWRT 2.7.6 Firmware Image
I follow the directions in the section12.1.
I set the IP address and netmask
I am unsure what to set the gateway to. I don’t remember how that is setup. What is the gateway address?
I figured this one out
Glad you sorted it out!
Just for future, or anyone else reading, in this scenario you don’t actually need to set the gateway at all, as the device isn’t behaving as a gateway.
