I see there is a new update for the Halow Link 2.

Is there a page with release notes available? I can’t find anything on forums or github.

Yes there is, it is hot off the press :slight_smile:

Release Notes are to be posted online this week.
, keep an eye out here: Downloads Dashboard. The release will be using driver 1.17.8 for which release notes are already posted.

Source code to follow shortly, at which point the wider announcement will be made.

Any imminent support for newer OpenWRT versions? 23.05 is almost 3 years old now and was EOL about a year ago. No worries if the answer is “no”, I just want to avoid doing work you folk have already done.

Imminent is hard to define, I’m afraid :slight_smile:

We have done the work around this, but being confident it’s release quality is affected by testing time and prioritisation decisions, so I can’t promise a date. We are aware that we should have got this out earlier, and are making changes to our release processes which will improve things.

Thanks - appreciate the update. In the meantime, any incoming updates for the openwrt and morse-feed repos on GitHub to bring them up to date with other recent GitHub updates? Again, just trying to avoid work you folk will have already done.

The 2.11 openwrt based releases have just been approved. These will be published to GitHub late this week/early next week
