Hello everyone. I was using EKH03 for some halow connectivity tests and while I was trying to update firmware I think I made something and my device is blinking yellow light constantly.
I read openwrt guide and I saw that I need to made a reboot using a Serial TTL 3v3 - USB cable (unfortnately I haven’t found the image about the UART headers like they mentioned). I found TX-RX-GND pins but I have a doubt about 3v3 power supply. How is the right way to supply the hardware in this situation with Serial-USB cable?
You can power the device normally (via USB-C) while connecting to the TX/RX/GND headers on the board. This should give you access to uboot if some problem has happened with the flash. Let us know what the output is if you need further help flashing; the easiest mechanism is via TFTP (refer to information about how to reflash a VoCore2 on the internet).
The reference in the user guide to a ‘serial USB’ cable is if you want access to the serial port while Linux is running you can plug a USB-TTL adapter into the USB port of the EKH03; this avoids having to remove the casing. However, it won’t help in your case because this only works once Linux has started booting and loaded the necessary module.
