AP mode for MM6108 ESP32

Hello,

I thought AP mode support for the ESP32 was planned for end of 2025, but I can’t find it anywhere. In December someone from Morse Micro said it would be available “soon” but that was a month ago now.

How does it look now? Will it require using the custom idf.py version from mm-iot-esp32 or can I use a newer ESP-IDF version and port the HaLow libraries and firmware?

I’m also wondering if I could build a library for the HaLow modules like the one from Seeed Studio for the Arduino IDE. I need AP mode and want to integrate it in my project.

Is there a date when the update will come?

I have beeb waiting since August , First it was targeted to be launched end of 2025
Last i heard was that they are into beta testing not sure ,
