Swapping out ALOHA

I’d like to know who would be on board for swapping out the Aloha-based collision detection mechanism at the bottom of OSI Layer 2. In its place, we would be adding a dual queue scheme that is comprised of a global transmission queue and a collision resolution queue. The MAC/PHY spec is fully drawn, and we only had to specify some phy rules in wireless. Technically, DQSA is independent of the phy and requires little to no change at 2.5 or above.
