Is there somewhere I can find Release Notes for each of the mm-iot-sdk releases… where I can find information like what is new between current and last releases, Known bugs, etc?
There used to be release notes back before the sdk was released via github.

Release notes can be found on the documentation portal on our website Downloads Dashboard

I will also be updating the GitHub releases to link to these release notes, and anything older than what is available on the website will be attached to the release.
I’m not sure if 2.11 release notes have been published yet. Will check on that too
