HaLowLink 1 Device UK compatibility

Hi,
I want to enquire about the HaLowLink 1 device. Specifically, I would like to understand its duty cycle when used for bridging via HaLow technology within the United Kingdom. According to Ofcom Interface Regulation 2030 (IR2030/1/33 and 34), specific requirements are imposed on Short Distance Radio (SDR) devices, which I understand the HaLow architecture falls under. Could you confirm whether the HaLowLink 1 complies with these UK Ofcom standards for operation as intended? I raise this question as I previously encountered similar compliance concerns with the EKH03-05-US.
I’ve been redirected to put my question here

Our driver and chip fully support the UK regulatory requirements, including power levels and duty cycle. Unfortunately, both the HaLowLink 1 and the EKH-03-05US use an RF module that includes a filter that limits operation of the device to the ITU Region 2 spectrum allocation of 902-928 MHz.

We are working on a version of the HaLowLink that will support the UK/EU frequencies, but it’s not available yet. In addtion, the upcoming MM810x will not require this filter, so there will be modules available from our partners to support this spectrum soon.
