This one may be a bit out-of-bounds as the MM8108-EKH01-01 should not be opened, but if I have opened it and I’m prototyping something where I need access to I2S and I2C from the 40-pin GPIO header (J8) on the Raspberry pi 4B board, which pins are “off-limits” because they are in exclusive use by the MMECH17 v2 board? Thanks for any insights from the community!
Hi Jat,
We do have the schematics available on our Downloads Dashboard, just to sanity check what I’m saying, it’s a zip, but there will be a Assembly Default Build directory with a pdf of the schematic in it.
There is an EEPROM on the GPIO0/GPIO1 bus, however that from what I can tell is a legacy part and isn’t actually used. Since it’d just be a slave on the bus you’ll want to be wary of an address collision and the pull ups there.
Awesome. Thank you. I missed that in my first pass over what was available.
