Openocd + STM32WBA65x do not work together

The openocd released with 2.8.2 does not work with the CPU description file for the STM32WBA65x. This breaks the build process for FreeRTOS / IoT, making it impossible to run gdb.

The STM32WBA65x.cfg file is missing and the one from openocd.org does not work with openocd from 2.8.2.

Of course, this is a blocking problem for anyone porting MM IoT to the Arm Cortex M33

The MM IoT SDK will work with a newer version of OpenOCD which supports the STM32WBA65x. Feel free to use the version you require.
