MM8108-EKH19 USB Adapter doesn't compatible with MM6108 under EU 863-870MHz

Hi Team,

I tested the MM8108-EKH19 with Heltec H7608 and HT-HC33, it works wth 902-928MHz models, but when I test it with EU 863-870MHz model, I found it cannot find each other at all.

I see the main difference is that, MM8108-EKH19 support up to 2MHz with auto channel, and Heltec ones, only support 1MHz wth fixed channel.

So is this by design ? and we cannot mix MM8108 with MM6108 devices, for EU region, right ?

Hi @jasonhao please can you confirm what MM6108 model you are using.

There is a possibility that the MM6108 module you are using is not compatible for the EU region.

What I mentioned about MM6108 are Heltec H7608 EU 860 - 870MHz model with country EU, and Heltec HC32 custom EU 860 -870MHz board, they work well together. But cannot work with my MM8108-EKH19-01 with EU country. Simply can test with scan button in wizard, it cannot find AP

by the way, I also have Heltec H7608 and HC33 US model, they are working well with MM8108-EKH19-01 both AP/STA and mesh mode.

Could you try forcing the EKH19’s to 1MHz channel width before scanning?
