# HaLowLink2  CE/UKCA restrictions

I have ordered a HaLowLink2 from Mouser, but they have requested a VAT number (or other confirmation of business if not VAT registered) because it isn’t available for personal customers.

Mouser state “this is due to the CE/UKCA restrictions on this part.” Can anyone give more details about these restrictions, I’d like to understand them before I go ahead with the order.

Hi @DGarrett

I will follow up with the team for why it isn’t possible for regular persons to order from mouser 🤔

In the meantime, [GL.iNet](https://www.gl-inet.com/products/halowlink2) distribute the EU variant of the device, perhaps try get it from there.
